2 Seriously Injured near Las Vegas Strip

Thousands of people visit the Las Vegas Strip each month. Occasionally, some visitors take the motto "What's Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas" to heart; they do not think or seem to care that their actions may hurt others in the process.

On April 21, two people were riding a scooter near The Strip when they were hit from behind by a drunk driver. Both riders were thrown from the scooter and taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious personal injuries.  

Police arrested the other driver and booked them on one count of felony DUI.
