A 26-year-old male faces criminal charges for suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol after a
fatal pedestrian accident. Reports state that a 63-year old Las Vegas man was standing on the side of the road prior to being hit and fatally injured.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is still investigating the
