One teenager killed and one left critically injured in Mother's Day car wreck

Early Mother's Day car wreck results in one teenager dead and another with critical injuries after a traffic collision in North Las Vegas.  Officers arrested an 18-year-old male for failure to use due care and failure to obey traffic control devices.  Evidence found at the scene suggests that the at-fault driver ran a stop sign before colliding with the other vehicle.
